Building it wasn’t just about the code: I led feedback sessions with students and staff, ran mock data tests, organized a live pilot during our semester exams, and fixed bugs overnight when things didn’t go as planned. Leadership meant taking full responsibility for a product used in real time, with real consequences.
Creativity came from treating edge cases—students with accommodations—not as exceptions, but as part of the core design.
